Height Control Reservoir: Installation

  1. INSTALL HEIGHT CONTROL RESERVOIR ASSEMBLY 
    1. Install the height control reservoir assembly with the 2 bolts.

      Torque: 29 N*m (300 kgf*cm, 21 ft.*lbf) 

  2. CONNECT HEIGHT CONTROL TUBE NO. 7 
    1. Install 2 new O-rings, a new plate, a new connector No. 2, and connect the height control tube No. 7.
    NOTE: Refer to PRECAUTION  of removal and installation of the height control tube.
  3. CONNECT HEIGHT CONTROL TUBE NO. 6 
    1. Install 2 new O-rings, a new plate, a new connector No. 2, and connect the height control tube No. 6.
    NOTE: Refer to PRECAUTION  of removal and installation of the height control tube.
  4. CONNECT HEIGHT CONTROL TUBE NO. 2 
    1. Coat 2 new O-rings with MP grease.
    2. Push the height control tube No. 2 in straight to connect it until the clip makes "click" sound.
    3. Install the holder.
  5. CHECK AIR LEAK (See  ADJUSTMENT   )
