Yaw Rate And Acceleration Sensor: Removal

  1. REMOVE SHIFT LEVER KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Automatic Transmission) (See  REMOVAL  ) 
  2. REMOVE SHIFT LEVER KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Manual Transmission) (See  REMOVAL  ) 
  3. REMOVE NO. 1 UPPER CONSOLE PANEL GARNISH (for Automatic Transmission) (See  REMOVAL  ) 
  4. REMOVE NO. 2 UPPER CONSOLE PANEL GARNISH (for Automatic Transmission) (See  REMOVAL  ) 
  5. REMOVE CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Automatic Transmission) (See  REMOVAL  ) 
  6. REMOVE REAR CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Manual Transmission) (See  REMOVAL  ) 
  7. REMOVE FRONT CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Manual Transmission) (See  REMOVAL  ) 
  8. REMOVE FRONT ASH RECEPTACLE SUB-ASSEMBLY (See  REMOVAL  ) 
  9. REMOVE CONSOLE BOX REGISTER ASSEMBLY (See  REMOVAL  ) 
  10. REMOVE CONSOLE BOX (See  REMOVAL  ) 
  11. REMOVE NO. 2 REAR AIR DUCT (for Automatic Transmission) 
    1. Remove the 2 clips and the No. 2 rear air duct.

  12. REMOVE NO. 2 REAR AIR DUCT (for Manual Transmission) 
    1. Remove the clip and the No. 2 rear air duct.

  13. REMOVE YAW RATE AND ACCELERATION SENSOR 
    1. Disconnect the yaw rate and acceleration sensor connector.
    2. Separate the 2 wire harness clamps.
    3. Remove the 2 bolts and yaw and acceleration rate sensor.
      NOTE: Do not remove the sensor from the bracket.
