Brake Actuator: Removal

REMOVE COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL (See REMOVAL (For IS350) REMOVAL (For IS250) )
REMOVE ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER LH (See REMOVAL (For IS350) REMOVAL (For IS250) )
REMOVE ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER RH (See REMOVAL (For IS350) REMOVAL (For IS250) )
REMOVE FRONT UPPER FENDER PROTECTOR LH (See REMOVAL )
REMOVE FRONT UPPER FENDER PROTECTOR RH
HINT:

Use the same procedures for the RH side and the LH side.
REMOVE FRONT WIPER ARM HEAD CAP (See REMOVAL )
REMOVE FRONT WIPER ARM AND BLADE ASSEMBLY LH (See REMOVAL )
REMOVE FRONT WIPER ARM AND BLADE ASSEMBLY RH (See REMOVAL )
REMOVE COWL TOP VENTILATOR LOUVER SUB-ASSEMBLY (See REMOVAL )
SEPARATE NO. 3 ENGINE ROOM RELAY BLOCK (See REMOVAL )
REMOVE FRONT WHEEL
DRAIN BRAKE FLUID
NOTE: If brake fluid leaks onto any painted surface, wash or remove it completely.
REMOVE BRAKE MASTER CYLINDER SUB-ASSEMBLY (See REMOVAL )
REMOVE BRAKE ACTUATOR ASSEMBLY WITH BRACKET
1. Release the lock lever and disconnect the actuator connector.
2. Using SST, disconnect the 6 brake tubes from the brake actuator assembly with bracket.

3. Use tags or make a memo to identify the places to reconnect.
  HINT:
  - *1: To Front Wheel Cylinder RH
  - *2: To Front Wheel Cylinder LH
  - *3: To Rear Wheel Cylinder RH
  - *4: To Rear Wheel Cylinder LH
  - *5: From Front Master Cylinder
  - *6: From Rear Master Cylinder

4. Using SST, disconnect the No. 3 front brake tube from the flexible hose.
  SST 09023-00101
5. Separate the grommet and remove the No. 3 front brake tube.
  NOTE: Do not damage the brake tube.

6. Remove the 2 bolts, nut and brake actuator assembly with bracket from the body.
  NOTE: Do not damage the brake tubes.

REMOVE BRAKE ACTUATOR BRACKET ASSEMBLY
1. Remove the 2 nuts and the brake actuator from the actuator bracket assembly.
2. Remove the brake actuator bolt cushion and actuator bracket.

REMOVE BRAKE ACTUATOR BOLT CUSHION
1. Remove the 2 bolts and the 2 brake actuator bolt cushions from the brake actuator assembly.
