- Disconnect the J54 connector.
- Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in TESTER CONNECTION SPECIFIED CONDITION TABLE

TESTER CONNECTION SPECIFIED CONDITION TABLETester Connection Condition Specified Condition J54-4 (IG+) - Body ground Engine switch off Below 1 V Engine switch on (IG) 10 to 14 V J54-5 (ACC) - Body ground Engine switch off Below 1 V Engine switch on (IG) 10 to 14 V J54-14 (B) - Body ground Always 10 to 14 V - Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in TESTER CONNECTION SPECIFIED CONDITION TABLE

If the value is not as specified, repair or replace wire harness or connector.
