How To Proceed With Troubleshooting

HINT:

• Use the following procedures to troubleshoot the power mirror control system.
• *: Use the intelligent tester or Techstream.

1. VEHICLE BROUGHT TO WORKSHOP 
2. INSPECT BATTERY VOLTAGE 

   Standard voltage: 11 to 14 V 

   If the voltage is below 11 V, recharge or replace the battery before proceeding.

3. INSPECT ELECTRIC POWER CONTROL SYSTEM* 
   1. Using the intelligent tester or Techstream, check the electric power control system's load control history (see PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE ).
4. CHECK COMMUNICATION FUNCTION OF CAN COMMUNICATION SYSTEM* 
   1. Use the intelligent tester or Techstream to check if the CAN communication system is functioning normally.
