Removal and Installation of BCM: Removal

NOTE:
If possible, before removing BCM, retrieve current BCM configuration to use for reference when configuring brand-new BCM after installation. Refer to,

- Disconnect negative battery cable.
- Remove driver lower instrument panel. Refer to LOWER DRIVER INSTRUMENT PANEL .
- Remove screws (2) and release BCM from steering member.
- Disconnect connectors and then remove BCM.
