Output Rod Length Check

With master cylinder removed, apply 19.69 in. Hg vacuum to booster and 4.4 lbs. (2 kg) preload applied to output rod. Measure output rod length. See Fig 1 . Specified length is .4045-.4144 in. (10.275-10.525 mm).
