RGB Screen is Rolling (NAVI Screen)

  1. CHECK HARNESS 
    1. Turn ignition switch OFF.
    2. Disconnect NAVI control unit connector and display control unit connector.
    3. Check continuity between NAVI control unit and display control unit.
      NAVI CONTROL UNIT AND DISPLAY CONTROL UNIT TERMINALS CONTINUITY

      Terminals Continuity
      NAVI control unit Display control unit
      Connector Terminal (Wire color) Connector Terminal (Wire color)
      B151 16 (BR) M95 43 (W) Yes

    4. Check continuity between NAVI control unit and ground.
      NAVI CONTROL UNIT TERMINALS CONTINUITY

    OK or NG 

    1. OK : GO TO 2.
    2. NG : Repair harness.
  2. CHECK RGB SYNCHRONIZING SIGNAL 
    1. Connect NAVI control unit connector and display control unit connector.
    2. Turn ignition switch ON.
    3. Check signal between NAVI control unit connector M95 terminals 16 (BR) and 14 with CONSULT-II or oscilloscope.

      16 (BR) - 14  : Refer to , "TERMINALS AND REFERENCE VALUE FOR NAVI CONTROL UNIT ".

    OK or NG 

    1. OK : Replace display control unit. Refer to , "REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION OF DISPLAY CONTROL UNIT ".
    2. NG : Replace NAVI control unit. Refer to , "REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION OF NAVI CONTROL UNIT ".
