Inspection Procedure
NOTE:
When the front millimeter wave radar sensor is replaced with a new one, adjustment of the front sensor beam axis must be performed (see REMOVAL
).
- REPLACE FRONT MILLIMETER WAVE RADAR SENSOR
- Replace the front millimeter wave radar sensor (see REMOVAL ).
- ADJUST FRONT MILLIMETER WAVE RADAR SENSOR
- Adjust the front millimeter wave radar sensor (see ADJUSTMENT ).
- ADJUST OBJECT RECOGNITION CAMERA
- Adjust the object recognition camera (see ADJUSTMENT
).
HINT:
After performing the front millimeter wave radar sensor's beam axis adjustment, it is necessary to perform the object recognition camera's beam axis adjustment.
- Adjust the object recognition camera (see ADJUSTMENT
).
- CHECK DRIVING SUPPORT ECU
- Using the intelligent tester, enter the following menus: DIAGNOSIS / OBD/ MOBD / RADAR CRUISE / DTC INFO.
- Using the Techstream, enter the following menus: Powertrain / Radar Cruise / Trouble Code.
- Select "CLEAR" and clear the data.
- Recheck for DTC.
OK: DTC C1A10 is not output.
NG: REPLACE DRIVING SUPPORT ECU (See REMOVAL )
