Inspection Procedure

1. Disconnect the R30 controller.
2. Disconnect the R16 player connector.

3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard resistance

   R30-24(NTS2)-R16-7 (NTSC)	Always	Below 1 Ω
   R30-25(SGN2)-R16-6 (SGND)	Always	Below 1 Ω
   R30-26 (SLDB) - R16-5 (SLD2)	Always	Below 1 Ω
   R30-24 (NTS2) - Body ground	Always	10 kΩ or higher
   R30-25 (SGN2) - Body ground	Always	10 kΩ or higher

NG: REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR 

OK: PROCEED TO NEXT CIRCUIT INSPECTION SHOWN IN PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE (See  PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE   )
