Inspection Procedure

1. Remove the SECURITY fuse from the main body ECU.
2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard resistance 

   FUSE (SECURITY)
   
   

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   SECURITY fuse	Always	Below 1 Ω

NG: REPLACE FUSE 

OK: GO TO NEXT STEP 

1. Disconnect the L32 box connector.
2. Measure the resistance and voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard resistance 

   ID CODE BOX - BATTERY AND BODY GROUND RESISTANCE
   
   

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   L32-8 (GND) - Body ground	Always	Below 1 Ω

   Standard voltage 

   ID CODE BOX - BATTERY AND BODY GROUND VOLTAGE
   
   

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   L32-1 (+B) - Body ground	Always	11 to 14 V

NG: REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR 

OK: PROCEED TO NEXT CIRCUIT INSPECTION SHOWN IN  PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE
