Setting Change Functions

CHECK POWER SUPPLY AND GROUND CIRCUIT 

  1. CHECK FUSES OR FUSIBLE LINK 
    • Check for blown-out fuses or fusible link.

    Ignition switch ON or START position 16
    Ignition switch ACC or ON position 4 -

    Refer to "WIRING DIAGRAM --- AUTO/L --- ".

    OK or NG

    1. OK: GO TO 2.
    2. NG: If fuse is blown, be sure to eliminate cause of malfunction before installing new fuse. Refer to SYSTEM WIRING DIAGRAMS .
  2. CHECK POWER SUPPLY CIRCUIT 
    1. Disconnect BCM connector.
    2. Check voltage between BCM harness connector and ground.
    TERMINAL VOLTAGE CHART

    (+) (-) OFF ACC ON
    Connector Terminal (Wire color)
    M18 11 (V) Ground 0V Battery voltage Battery voltage
    38 (R) 0V 0V Battery voltage
    M19 42 (Y/G) Battery voltage Battery voltage Battery voltage
    55 (W/B) Battery voltage Battery voltage Battery voltage

    OK or NG

    1. OK: GO TO 3.
    2. NG: Check harness for open between BCM and fuse.

  3. CHECK GROUND CIRCUIT 

    Check continuity between BCM harness connector and ground.

    M19 49 (B) Ground Yes
    52 (B/W)

    OK or NG

    1. OK: INSPECTION END.
    2. NG: Check ground circuit harness.
