H, M Switch

When "H" or "M" switch is pressed and held for 1.5 seconds or more, mode is changed to clock mode.
"hour" and "minute" are flashed.
When "H" switch is pressed, "hour" is adjusted.
When "M" switch is pressed, "minute" is adjusted.
