Dc / Dc Converter: Installation

INSTALL DC-DC CONVERTER
1. Install the converter with the 3 bolts.
  Torque: 8.5 N*m (87 kgf*cm, 75 in.*lbf)

2. Connect the 2 converter connectors A and B, and securely lock the connectors.

INSTALL BATTERY TRAY
1. Install the battery tray with the 3 bolts.
  Torque: 5.4 N*m (55 kgf*cm, 47 in.*lbf)
INSTALL BATTERY
1. Install the battery.
2. Install the battery insulator.
3. Install the battery clamp with the 2 nuts.
  Torque: 5.4 N*m (55 kgf*cm, 47 in.*lbf)
4. Connect the positive (+) battery cable to the battery terminal.
  Torque: 5.6 N*m (57 kgf*cm, 50 in.*lbf)
5. Connect the negative (-) battery cable to the battery terminal.
  Torque: 5.6 N*m (57 kgf*cm, 50 in.*lbf)
INSTALL COWL TOP VENTILATOR LOUVER RH (See INSTALLATION )
INSPECT SRS WARNING LIGHT
1. Inspect the SRS warning light (see DIAGNOSIS SYSTEM ).
PERFORM INITIALIZATION
1. Perform initialization (see INITIALIZATION ).
  NOTE: Certain systems need to be initialized after disconnecting and reconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.
