HINT:

When using the intelligent tester, start from *1. When not using the intelligent tester, start from *2.

1. CHECK FOR DTC *1 
   1. Delete the DTC (see DTC CHECK / CLEAR  ).
   2. Recheck for the DTC when the power window is lowered from the fully closed position to half opened position.

      OK: DTC B1232 is not output. 

   OK: NO PROBLEM (IT IS SUSPECTED THAT DTC WAS DETECTED BY ECU WITH ANY FAILURE IN PAST) 

   NG: Go To Next Step 

2. INSPECT FRONT POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MOTOR ASSEMBLY LH (JAM PROTECTION PULSE SWITCH) *2 
   1. Refer to motor inspection (see POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MOTOR  ).

   NG: REPLACE FRONT POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MOTOR ASSEMBLY LH 

   OK: Go To Next Step 

3. CHECK WIRE HARNESS (POWER WINDOW MASTER SWITCH ASSEMBLY - JAM PROTECTION PULSE SWITCH) 
   1. Refer to inspection (see INSPECTION  ).

   NG: REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS AND CONNECTOR 

   OK: REPLACE POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MASTER SWITCH ASSEMBLY
