Inspection Procedure

CHECK SKID CONTROL ECU COMMUNICATION
1. Remove the skid control ECU.
2. Connect an oscilloscope to terminals AFS+ and AFS- or VSC+ and VSC- of skid control ECU.
3. Start the engine, and check the signal waveform.
  OK: A waveform is output, as shown in the illustration.
NG: REPLACE SKID CONTROL ECU ASSEMBLY

OK: Go to Next step
CHECK WIRE HARNESS (SKID CONTROL ECU ASSEMBLY - VGRS ECU)
NG: REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS AND CONNECTOR

OK: REPLACE VGRS ECU
