How To Proceed With Troubleshooting

  1. VEHICLE BROUGHT TO WORKSHOP 
  2. CUSTOMER PROBLEM ANALYSIS 
  3. DTCS AND FREEZE FRAME DATA CHECK AND CLEARANCE* 
  4. PROBLEM SYMPTOM CONFIRMATION

    B: SYMPTOM SIMULATION 

    A: Go to next step 

  5. CHECK CAN COMMUNICATION SYSTEM* 
    1. Check for the output DTCs relating to the CAN communication system.

      HINT:

      The ECU of this system is connected to the CAN communication system. Therefore, before starting troubleshooting, be sure to check that there is no trouble in the CAN communication system.

  8. CIRCUIT INSPECTION 

    HINT:

    When 2 or more DTCs are detected, perform circuit inspections one by one until the problem is identified.

  10. REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT
