Roof Headlining: Reassembly

  1. INSTALL ROOF HEADLINING ASSEMBLY REAR 
    1. Attach the 7 clips to install the headlining.

  2. INSTALL ROOF SIDE GARNISH INNER LH 
    1. Attach the 7 clips and claw to install the garnish.
    2. Install the clip labeled A.

  3. INSTALL ROOF SIDE GARNISH INNER RH 

    HINT:

    Use the same procedures described for the LH side.

  4. INSTALL ROOF HEADLINING ASSEMBLY CENTER 
    1. Attach the 3 clips labeled A to install the headlining.
    2. Install the 5 clips.

  5. INSTALL ROOF SIDE RAIL GARNISH ASSEMBLY LH 
    1. Attach the 4 clips and 3 claws to install the garnish.
  6. INSTALL ROOF SIDE RAIL GARNISH ASSEMBLY RH 

    HINT:

    Use the same procedures described for the LH side.

  7. INSTALL ROOF HEADLINING ASSEMBLY 
    1. Push the headlining as indicated by the arrow in the illustration to attach the 4 claws. Then install the headlining.

    2. Install the 2 clips.

  8. INSTALL ROOF FRONT CORNER HEADLINING LH 
    1. Attach the 2 clips to install the headlining.
  9. INSTALL ROOF FRONT CORNER HEADLINING RH 

    HINT:

    Use the same procedures described for the LH side.

  10. INSTALL MAP LIGHT ASSEMBLY 
    1. Connect the map light connector.
    2. Install the map light with the 2 screws.
    3. Install the 2 lenses.
  11. INSTALL VISOR HOLDER 
    1. Install the 2 holders by turning them clockwise.
  12. INSTALL VISOR ASSEMBLY LH 
    1. Install the visor with the 2 screws.

  13. INSTALL VISOR ASSEMBLY RH 
    1. Install the visor with the 2 screws.
  14. INSTALL VISOR BRACKET COVER LH 
    1. Attach the 3 claws to install the bracket cover.
  15. INSTALL VISOR BRACKET COVER RH 

    HINT:

    Use the same procedures described for the LH side.

  16. INSTALL FRONT PILLAR GARNISH LH 
    1. Attach the 2 clips to install the garnish.
  17. INSTALL FRONT PILLAR GARNISH RH 

    HINT:

    Use the same procedures described for the LH side.

  18. INSTALL FRONT DOOR OPENING TRIM COVER LH 
    1. Attach the 3 claws to install the trim cover.
  19. INSTALL FRONT DOOR OPENING TRIM COVER RH

  20. INSTALL DOOR SCUFF PLATE ASSEMBLY LH 
    1. Attach the 6 claws and 5 clips to install the scuff plate.
  21. INSTALL DOOR SCUFF PLATE ASSEMBLY RH

    Use the same procedures described for the LH side.

  22. CLOSE ROOF PANEL 
    1. Close the roof panel (see MANUAL CLOSE OPERATION ).
