Fuel Pressure Pulsation Damper: Removal

DISCHARGE FUEL SYSTEM PRESSURE (See REMOVAL )
DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
CAUTION: Wait at least 90 seconds after disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal to prevent airbag and seat belt pretensioner activation.
REMOVE V-BANK COVER (See REMOVAL )
REMOVE NO. 1 AIR CLEANER INLET (See REMOVAL )
REMOVE INTAKE AIR CONNECTOR PIPE (See REMOVAL )
REMOVE FUEL PRESSURE PULSATION DAMPER ASSEMBLY
1. Using SST, disconnect the fuel pipe.
  SST 09023-38401
2. Remove the bolt from the No. 2 fuel pipe clamp.

3. Using a wrench, remove the 2 fuel pulsation dampers, 4 gaskets and No. 2 fuel pipe.
