DTC Check / Clear

DTC CHECK
1. Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
  1. Connect the Techstream to the Controller Area Network Vehicle Interface Module (CAN VIM). Then connect the CAN VIM to the Data Link Connector 3 (DLC3).
2. Turn the engine switch on (IG).
3. Read the DTCs by following the prompts on the tester screen.

DTC CLEAR
1. Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
2. Turn the engine switch on (IG).
3. Operate the Techstream to erase the codes.
