Inspection Procedure

1. Disconnect the ACC and ECU-IG RH fuses from the main body ECU RH.
2. Disconnect the MPX-B fuse from the engine room No. 2 relay block.
3. Measure the resistance of the fuses.

   Standard resistance: 

   Below 1 Ω 

NG: REPLACE FUSE 

OK: Go to next step 

1. Disconnect the K66 ECU connector.
2. Measure the resistance and voltage of the wire harness side connector.

   Standard resistance 

   RESISTANCE SPECIFIED CONDITION
   
   

   Tester Connection	Specified Condition
   K66-24 (GND) - Body ground	Below 1 Ω

   Standard voltage 

   VOLTAGE SPECIFIED CONDITION
   
   

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   K66-10 (BATT) - Body ground	Always	10 to 14 V
   K66-2 (ACC) - Body ground	Engine switch on (ACC)	10 to 14 V
   K66-1 (IG) - Body ground	Engine switch on (IG)	10 to 14 V

NG: REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR

OK: PROCEED TO NEXT INSPECTION PROCEDURE SHOWN IN PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE
