Typical Enabling Conditions

All 

TYPICAL ENABLING CONDITIONS

The monitor will run whenever the following DTCs are not present P0500 (VSS)
P0748, P0778, P0798, P2810 and P2819 (Shift solenoid valve (range))
Battery voltage 8 V or more
Engine switch On (IG)
Starter OFF

P2767: 

TYPICAL ENABLING CONDITIONS

Output shaft rpm 1000 rpm or more (3rd, 4th, 5th or 6th)
1400 rpm or more (7th)
Park/neutral position switch OFF
Transmission range Not R position
Engine Running
Transmission range switch circuit Not malfunction
Shift change is completed (TCM selected gear before shift change) 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th or 7th
When one of following conditions is met Condition (1), (2) or (3)
  • Condition (1) TCM selected gear
Not 8th
  • Condition (2) Turbine speed sensor circuit
Malfunction
  • Condition (3) Vehicle speed sensor circuit
Malfunction
When either condition below is met Condition (1) or (2)
  • Condition (1) TCM selected gear
Not 5th
  • Condition (2) When both conditions below are met
Condition (a) and (b)
  • Condition (a) Turbine speed sensor circuit
Not malfunction
  • Condition (b) Vehicle speed sensor circuit
Not malfunction
