Inspection Procedure
NOTE:
When the distance control ECU or ECM is replaced with a new one, initialization must be performed (See INSTALLATION
).
- REPLACE DISTANCE CONTROL ECU
- Replace the distance control ECU (See DISTANCE CONTROL ECU ).
- CHECK DTC
- Clear the DTC (See DTC CHECK / CLEAR ).
- Turn the cruise control main switch on
- Drive the vehicle at the require speed (45 km/h (27 mph) or higher).
- Check if the same DTC is recorded (See DTC CHECK / CLEAR
)
