Air Conditioning Control Assembly: Reassembly

INSTALL HEATER CONTROL KNOB
1. Install the control knobs as shown in the illustration.
  NOTE: If a heater control knob falls off after installation, it may have been installed backwards.

INSTALL MULTI-DISPLAY JUNCTION BLOCK (w/ Navigation System)
1. Install the multi-display junction block with the 2 screws.

INSTALL HEATER CONTROL BASE SUB-ASSEMBLY
1. Place the heater control base on the control switch.
2. Push the base's 2 claws to attach the base to the switch, as shown in the illustration.
  HINT:
  
  Pushing the base's 2 claws will attach all 7 of its claws.

3. Install the 2 screws.

INSTALL AIR CONDITIONING AMPLIFIER ASSEMBLY
1. Connect the 2 cooler wires to the A/C amplifier.
  NOTE: Connect each wire so that the black line side of each wire is as shown in the illustration.
2. Push on the locking parts of the connectors to secure the cooler wires.

3. Install the A/C amplifier with the 2 screws, cover plate and water protective sheet.

  NOTE:
  - Be sure to fit the base to the groove on the cover plate.
  - Insert the water-protective sheet into the heater control housing as shown in the illustration.
INSTALL HEATER CONTROL HOUSING
1. Connect the 2 cooler wires to the heater control housing.
2. Push on the locking parts of the connectors to secure the cooler wires.

3. Attach the 4 claws and install the heater control housing with the 6 screws.
