Headlight Assembly: Reassembly

HINT:

• Use the same procedures for the RH and LH side.
• The procedures listed below are for the LH side.

1. INSTALL HEADLIGHT LEVELING MOTOR 
   1. Install the base packing to the headlight leveling motor.
   2. Attach the motor's claw to install the headlight leveling motor to the reflector.
   3. Align the notches of the leveling motor and housing, and push the leveling motor into the housing. Turn the headlight leveling motor in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration.

2. INSTALL CLEARANCE LIGHT BULB 
   1. Insert the bulb into the light, and turn it in the direction indicated by the arrow to install it.

3. INSTALL FRONT TURN SIGNAL LIGHT BULB 
   1. Insert the bulb into the light, and turn it in the direction indicated by the arrow to install it.

4. INSTALL NO. 2 HEADLIGHT BULB 
   1. Insert the bulb into the light, and turn it in the direction indicated by the arrow to install it.

5. INSTALL DISCHARGE HEADLIGHT BULB 
   1. Install the bulb and lock the set spring by moving it as indicated by the arrows in the illustration.

   2. Install the bulb socket cover and turn it clockwise to complete the installation.

   3. Install the headlight socket cover and turn it clockwise to complete the installation.
