DTC B2311: Power Window Motor Malfunction: Procedure

POWER WINDOW CONTROL SYSTEM
1. Initialize the power window regulator motor assemblies. Refer to INITIALIZATION .
2. Check that the power windows operate normally by opening and closing the windows.
  OK
  
  The power windows operate normally.
NG → REPLACE POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MOTOR

OK: Go to next step
CHECK WHETHER PARTS HAVE BEEN INSTALLED CORRECTLY
1. Power window components are installed correctly.
  OK
  
  Power windows components are installed correctly.
  
  HINT:
  
  When the power window components are installed correctly, the problem has been caused by battery disconnection while the engine switch is on (IG), improper installation of the power window components or the motor being overheated.
NG → INSTALL PARTS CORRECTLY
