Automatic Transaxle (Aa80E): TCM: Installation

INSTALL TCM
1. Install the TCM with the 2 nuts.
  Torque: 5.5 N*m (56 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf)
2. Connect the 4 connectors.

INSTALL ENGINE ROOM ECU COVER
1. Install the engine room ECU cover with the 3 bolts.
  Torque: 7.8 N*m (80 kgf*cm, 69 in.*lbf)

INSTALL ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER LH
INSTALL AIR CLEANER INLET COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY
1. Install the air cleaner inlet cover with the 2 clips.
CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
INSTALL COWL TOP VENTILATOR LOUVER (See INSTALLATION )
CHECK AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION SYSTEM PRECAUTION
1. After replacing the TCM, certain procedures are necessary (see PRECAUTION ).
PERFORM INITIALIZATION
1. Perform initialization (see INITIALIZATION ).
  NOTE: Certain systems need to be initialized after disconnecting and reconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.
