Rear Power Window Switch LH Circuit: Procedure

  1. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (MULTIPLEX NETWORK SWITCH - BATTERY AND BODY GROUND) 
    1. Disconnect the J2 connector.
    2. Measure the voltage of the wire harness side connector.

      Standard voltage

      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      J2-12 (BDRJ) - Body ground Always 11 to 14 V
    3. Measure the resistance of the wire harness side connector.

      Standard resistance

      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      J2-7 (E) - Body ground Always Below 1 Ω
      J2-10 (SEL2) - Body ground Always Below 1 Ω

    NG → REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR 

    OK → PROCEED TO NEXT INSPECTION PROCEDURE SHOWN IN  PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE
