DTC Check / Clear

  1. CHECK DTC 
    1. Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
    2. Turn the engine switch on (IG).
    3. Turn the Techstream on.
    4. Enter the following menus: Body Electrical / Starting Control or Power Source Control / Trouble Codes.
    5. Read the DTC by following the prompts on the Techstream screen.

      HINT: 

      Refer to the Techstream operator's service information for further details.

  2. CLEAR DTC 
    1. Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
    2. Turn the engine switch on (IG).
    3. Turn the Techstream on.
    4. Enter the following menus: Body Electrical / Starting Control or Power Source Control / Trouble Codes.
    5. Clear the DTC by following the directions on the Techstream screen.
