Power Window can be Operated After Ignition Switch is Turned OFF Even if Operative Conditions are not Met: Procedure
- CHECK MANUAL UP / DOWN FUNCTION
- Check that the manual UP / DOWN function using the master switch and regulator switch can operate all the power windows.
OK
Manual UP / DOWN function operates normally.
NG → OTHER PROBLEM
OK: Go to next step
- Check that the manual UP / DOWN function using the master switch and regulator switch can operate all the power windows.
- CHECK FOR DTC
- Operate the ignition switch. Check if DTC B2780 is output.RESULT
Result Proceed to DTC B2780 is not output A DTC B2780 is output B
B → GO TO ENGINE IMMOBILISER SYSTEM
A: Go to next step
- Operate the ignition switch. Check if DTC B2780 is output.
- CHECK OPERATION OF FRONT DOOR COURTESY LIGHT SWITCH ASSEMBLY
- Check that the map light illuminates when the driver side door is opened.
OK
Map light illuminates normally.
NG → GO TO LIGHTING SYSTEM
OK → REPLACE MULTIPLEX NETWORK DOOR ECU FRONT LH
- Check that the map light illuminates when the driver side door is opened.
