Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor: Installation: Installation

  1. INSTALL E.F.I. ENGINE COOLANT TEMPERATURE SENSOR 
    1. Install a new gasket to the E.F.I. engine coolant temperature sensor.

    2. Install the E.F.I engine coolant temperature sensor.

      Torque: 21 N*m ( 214 kgf*cm, 15 ft.*lbf) 

    3. Connect the E.F.I. engine coolant temperature sensor connector.
  2. INSTALL AIR CLEANER CAP SUB-ASSEMBLY  See step  2
  3. ADD ENGINE COOLANT  . Refer to REPLACEMENT - Step 4
  4. INSPECT FOR COOLANT LEAK  . Refer to ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION - Step 1
  5. INSTALL COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL  . Refer to INSTALLATION - Step 94
  6. INSTALL V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY  . Refer to INSTALLATION - Step 95
  7. INSTALL ENGINE UNDER COVER
