- Check for DTCs.

- Check for DTCs.
- READ VALUE USING TECHSTREAM (POWER WINDOW SWITCH)
- Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
- Turn the power switch on (IG) and turn the Techstream ON.
- Select the following menu items: Body/Master Switch/Data List.
- Read the Data List according to the display on the Techstream.MASTER SWITCH:
Tester Display Measurement Item/Range Normal Condition Diagnostic Note D Door P/W Auto SW Driver side power window AUTO UP/DOWN switch signal/ON or OFF ON: Driver side power window switch is operated (AUTO operation)
OFF: Driver side power window switch is not operated- OK
ON is displayed on the Techstream screen during AUTO operation.

- REPLACE POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MOTOR ASSEMBLY (for Driver Side). Refer to REMOVAL - Step 20
- GO TO DTC B2311. Refer to DTC B2311: Power Window Motor Malfunction
- REPLACE POWER WINDOW MASTER SWITCH. Refer to REMOVAL - Step 9
- GO TO DTC B2312. Refer to DTC B2312: Power Window Switch Malfunction
- GO TO DTC B2313. Refer to DTC B2313: Glass Position Initialization Incomplete
