Driver Side Power Window Auto Up / Down Function does not Operate with Power Window Master Switch: Procedure

1. Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
2. Turn the engine switch on (IG) and turn the Techstream ON.
3. Select the following menu items: Body / Master Switch / Data List.
4. Read the Data List according to the display on the Techstream.

   D Door P/W Auto SW	Driver side power window AUTO UP / DOWN switch signal / ON or OFF	ON: Driver side power window switch is operated (AUTO operation) OFF: Driver side power window switch is not operated	-

   ON is displayed on the Techstream screen during AUTO operation.

NG → See step   4 

OK: Go to next step 

1. Replace the power window regulator motor assembly (for driver side). Refer to REMOVAL - Step 20 .

NEXT: Go to next step 

1. Check that the driver side door power window moves when the AUTO UP / DOWN function of the power window master switch is operated. Refer to OPERATION CHECK .

   OK

   Driver side AUTO UP / DOWN function is normal.

NG → See step   4 

OK → END (POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MOTOR ASSEMBLY (for Driver Side) IS DEFECTIVE)
