INSTALL ABSORBER CONTROL ECU

1. Install the ECU with the bolt and nut.
  Torque: 6.0 N*m (61 kgf*cm, 53 in.*lbf)
  
  for nut
  
  Torque: 14 N*m (143 kgf*cm, 10 ft.*lbf)
  
  for bolt
  NOTE:
  - Avoid any impact to the absorber control ECU.
  - Do not drop the ECU. If it is dropped, replace it with a new one.
2. Connect the ECU connectors.
3. Attach the 2 clamps to install the wire harness to the vehicle body.
4. Return the floor carpet to its original position.
INSTALL NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY . Refer to INSTALLATION - Step 9
INSTALL FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH . Refer to INSTALLATION - Step 30
CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
PERFORM INITIALIZATION
1. Perform initialization. Refer to INITIALIZATION .
  NOTE:
  Certain systems need to be initialized after disconnecting and reconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.
