Front Passenger Side Power Window Switch Power Source Circuit: Procedure

  1. CHECK WIRE HARNESS (MULTIPLEX NETWORK SWITCH - BATTERY AND BODY GROUND) 
    1. Disconnect the G6 connector.
    2. Measure the resistance and voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard resistance

      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      G6-7 (E) - Body ground Always Below 1 Ω

      Standard voltage

      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      G6-12 (BDRJ) - Body ground Always 11 to 14 V

    NG → REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR 

    OK → PROCEED TO NEXT INSPECTION PROCEDURE SHOWN IN  PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE
