Installation

CRUISE CONTROL: MILLIMETER WAVE RADAR SENSOR: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL MILLIMETER WAVE RADAR SENSOR ASSEMBLY

(a) Temporarily install the millimeter wave radar sensor assembly with the 3 bolts.

(b) Tighten the 3 bolts in alphabetical order.

Torque : 5.5 Nm (56 kgf-cm, 49 in-lbf)





(c) Connect the sensor connector.

NOTICE:
Do not use a sensor which has been dropped or subjected to any strong shocks.

2. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE ASSEMBLY Installation

3. INSTALL UPPER RADIATOR SUPPORT SEAL Installation

4. INSTALL ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER RH Installation

5. INSTALL ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER LH Installation

6. ADJUST MILLIMETER WAVE RADAR SENSOR ASSEMBLY Adjustments

7. PERFORM DRIVE TEST Adjustments
