Installation

POWER DISTRIBUTION: POWER MANAGEMENT CONTROL ECU: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL POWER MANAGEMENT CONTROL ECU

(a) Engage the 2 claws to install the power management control ECU as shown in the illustration.





2. INSTALL ECU INTEGRATION BOX RH

(a) Install the ECU integration box RH with the 2 nuts and bolt.

Torque : 8.4 Nm (86 kgf-cm, 74 in-lbf)

(b) Engage the clamp to connect the wire harness.

(c) Connect each connector.

3. INSTALL GLOVE COMPARTMENT DOOR ASSEMBLY Installation

4. INSTALL FRONT PASSENGER SIDE KNEE AIRBAG ASSEMBLY Installation

5. INSTALL NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation

6. INSTALL INSTRUMENT SIDE PANEL RH Installation

7. INSTALL COWL SIDE TRIM BOARD RH

Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side Installation.

8. INSTALL FRONT DOOR OPENING TRIM COVER RH

9. INSTALL FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH

HINT
Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side Installation.

10. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL Installation

11. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT FLOOR MAT Installation

12. PERFORM DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM CHECK

(a) Perform diagnostic system check Reading and Clearing Diagnostic Trouble Codes.

13. INSPECT SRS WARNING LIGHT

(a) Inspect the SRS warning light Diagnosis System.
