DTC P2610: ECM / PCM Internal Engine Off Timer Performance: Procedure

REPLACE ECM
1. Replace the ECM. Refer to REMOVAL .
NEXT: Go to next step
CHECK WHETHER DTC OUTPUT RECURS (DTC P2610)
1. Connect Techstream to the DLC3.
2. Turn the engine switch on (IG).
3. Clear DTCs. Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR .
4. Turn the engine switch off and wait for at least 30 seconds.
5. Turn the engine switch on (IG).
6. Turn the Techstream on.
7. Start the engine and wait for 10 minutes or more.
8. On the tester, enter the following menu items: Powertrain / Engine / Trouble Codes / Pending.
9. If no pending DTC is displayed, the repair has been successfully completed.
