DTC B2311: Power Window Motor Malfunction: Procedure
- PERFORM ACTIVE TEST USING TECHSTREAM (POWER WINDOW)
- Select the Active Test, use the Techstream to generate a control command, and then check that each power window regulator operates. Refer to DATA LIST / ACTIVE TEST [12/2011 - ]
.WARNING:
Be careful to avoid injuries as this test causes vehicle parts to move. During the Active Test, the jam protection function does not operate.

- Initialize the power window regulator motor assembly. Refer to INITIALIZATION [12/2011 - ] .
- Check that each power window operates normally by opening and closing the window. Refer to OPERATION CHECK [12/2011 - ]
