DTC B2311: Power Window Motor Malfunction: Procedure

1. Select the Active Test, use the Techstream to generate a control command, and then check that each power window regulator operates. Refer to DATA LIST / ACTIVE TEST [12/2011 - ] .
   WARNING:

   Be careful to avoid injuries as this test causes vehicle parts to move. During the Active Test, the jam protection function does not operate.

2. Check that each power window operates normally by opening and closing the window. Refer to OPERATION CHECK [12/2011 - ] .

1. Check that the power window components are installed correctly.

   Power window components are installed correctly.

   HINT: 

   If the power window components are installed correctly, the problem has been caused by battery disconnection while the engine switch was on (IG), or the motor being overheated.
