Typical Enabling Conditions

Monitor runs whenever the following DTCs are not present	None
Battery voltage	8 V or higher
Engine switch	On (IG)
Starter	Off
Time after engine switch off to on (IG)	3 seconds or more
Vehicle speed at output speed sensor	9 km/h (5.59 mph) or more
