- PRECAUTION FOR DISCONNECTING CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL NOTE:
When disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal, initialize the following systems after the terminal is reconnected.
System Name See Procedure Lane Tracing Assist System Refer to INITIALIZATION [09/2020 - 11/2021] , or refer to INITIALIZATION [11/2021 - 09/2022] , or refer to INITIALIZATION [09/2022 - 10/2023] , or refer to INITIALIZATION [10/2023 - ] Parking Support Brake System Pre-collision System Parking Assist Monitor System Panoramic View Monitor System Air Conditioning System - If the cable has been disconnected from the negative (-) battery terminal before 60 seconds has elapsed, it is necessary to initialize the system. To initialize the system, perform the following procedures:
- Move the vehicle to an open area with good GPS reception.
HINT:
The GPS icon is displayed on the map screen when the reception is good.
- Turn the engine switch on (IG), and then wait several minutes while the system acquires time and location data and activates Destination Assist and Destination.
- Move the vehicle to an open area with good GPS reception.
- If the cable has been disconnected from the negative (-) battery terminal before 60 seconds has elapsed, it is necessary to initialize the system. To initialize the system, perform the following procedures:
