DTC U0319: Software Incompatible with Steering Effort Control Module or Internal Control Module EEPROM Error [10/2014 - ]: Procedure

1. Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
2. Turn the engine switch on (IG) and turn the Techstream on.
3. Enter the following menus: Powertrain / Engine / Trouble Codes.
4. Read the DTCs.
   RESULT
   
   

   Result	Proceed to
   Only DTC U0319 is output	A
   DTC U0319 and other DTCs are output	B

   HINT: 

   If any DTCs other than U0319 are output, troubleshoot those DTCs first.

1. Perform Shift Control Synchronization. Refer to REGISTRATION [10/2014 - ] - Step 2 .

NEXT: Go to next step 

1. Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
2. Turn the engine switch on (IG) and turn the Techstream on.
3. Clear the DTCs. Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [10/2014 - ] .
4. Turn the engine switch on (IG) and wait for 3 seconds.
5. Enter the following menus: Powertrain / Engine / Trouble Codes.
6. Read the DTCs.
   RESULT

   DTC U0319 is output	B
