Installation [10/2014 - 09/2017]: Procedure

  1. INSTALL STEERING WHEEL HEATER CONTROL ASSEMBLY (w/ Steering Heater) 

    See step  1

  2. INSTALL SHIFT PADDLE SWITCH (TRANSMISSION SHIFT SWITCH ASSEMBLY) (w/ Shift Paddle Switch) 
    1. Install the transmission shift switch with the new 4 bolts.
  3. INSTALL CRUISE CONTROL SWITCH WIRE 
    1. Install the cruise control switch wire to the cruise control main switch.
  4. INSTALL CRUISE CONTROL MAIN SWITCH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1 [10/2014 - 09/2017]

  5. INSTALL STEERING SHAKE DAMPER 
    1. Install the 2 screws and steering shake damper to the steering wheel assembly.
  6. INSTALL STEERING PAD SWITCH ASSEMBLY 

    See step  1

  7. PLACE FRONT WHEELS FACING STRAIGHT AHEAD 
  8. ADJUST SPIRAL CABLE 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 6 [10/2014 - 09/2017]

  9. INSTALL STEERING WHEEL ASSEMBLY 
    1. Align the matchmarks on the steering wheel assembly and steering main shaft.
    2. Install the steering wheel assembly set nut.

      Torque: 50 N*m (510 kgf*cm, 37 ft.*lbf) 

    3. w/ Steering Heater:

      Connect the connector of steering heater control assembly to the turn signal switch assembly with spiral cable.

    4. Connect the connectors to the turn signal switch assembly with spiral cable.
  10. INSTALL STEERING PAD 

    Refer to INSTALLATION [10/2014 - 05/2019]
