DTC C1A50: Brake System [10/2014 - 09/2017]: Procedure

1. Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
2. Turn the power switch on (IG).
3. Turn the Techstream on.
4. Enter the following menus: Chassis / ABS/VSC/TRAC / Trouble Codes.
5. Check for DTCs.

   Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [10/2014 - 05/2019]

   Chassis > ABS/VSC/TRAC > Trouble Codes 

   Result

   Result	Proceed to
   Electronically controlled brake system DTCs are not output	A
   Electronically controlled brake system DTCs are output	B

Result:

GO TO ELECTRONICALLY CONTROLLED BRAKE SYSTEM. Refer to  DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE CHART [10/2014 - 09/2016]  , or refer to  DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE CHART [09/2016 - 09/2017]

1. Clear the DTCs.

   Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [10/2014 - 09/2017]

   Body Electrical > Pre-Collision 2 > Clear DTCs 

2. Make sure that the DTC detection conditions are met.

   HINT: 

   If the detection conditions are not met, the system cannot detect the malfunction.

3. Check for DTCs.

   Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [10/2014 - 09/2017]

   Body Electrical > Pre-Collision 2 > Trouble Codes
