- INSPECT TRANSFER CONTROL SOLENOID ASSEMBLY
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

(Transfer Control Solenoid Assembly)Standard Resistance
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition 1 - 2 20°C (68°F) 5.0 to 5.6 Ω If the result is not as specified, replace the transfer control solenoid assembly.
- Connect a positive (+) lead with a 21 W bulb from the battery to terminal 1 and a negative (-) lead to terminal 2 of the transfer control solenoid assembly connector, and check that the solenoid moves and makes an operating sound.
OK
The solenoid moves and makes an operating sound.
If the result is not as specified, replace the transfer control solenoid assembly.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
