  1. INITIALIZATION 
    NOTE:

    When the cable is disconnected from the negative (-) battery terminal, initialize the following system(s) after the cable is reconnected.

  2. ADAPTIVE VARIABLE SUSPENSION SYSTEM PRECAUTION 
    NOTE:
    • Performing work after replacing the absorber control ECU with a normally functioning one from another vehicle may result in DTCs being stored, or have a negative effect on other systems. When replacing the absorber control ECU, be sure to install a new one.
    • After replacing the absorber control ECU, enter test mode to make sure that all the test mode DTCs can be cleared and to perform registration of vehicle identification information.
