  2. CUSTOMER PROBLEM ANALYSIS 
    1. Confirm problem symptoms.

      Refer to HOW TO PROCEED WITH TROUBLESHOOTING [10/2014 - 09/2017] , or refer to HOW TO PROCEED WITH TROUBLESHOOTING [09/2017 - 05/2019] , or refer to HOW TO PROCEED WITH TROUBLESHOOTING [05/2019 - 10/2019] , or refer to HOW TO PROCEED WITH TROUBLESHOOTING [10/2019 - 07/2020] , or refer to HOW TO PROCEED WITH TROUBLESHOOTING [07/2020 - ]

  3. INSPECT AUXILIARY BATTERY VOLTAGE 
    1. Measure the auxiliary battery voltage with the power switch off.

      Standard voltage

      11 to 14 V

      If the voltage is below 11 V, recharge or replace the auxiliary battery before proceeding to the next step.

    1. Check the passenger airbag ON/OFF indicator condition.
