DTC C1A75-87: Steering Vibrator System Missing Message [08/2019 - ]: Procedure

1. Remove the spiral cable sub-assembly.

   Refer to REMOVAL [08/2019 - ]

2. Inspect the spiral cable sub-assembly.

   Refer to INSPECTION [12/2017 - ]

REPLACE SPIRAL CABLE SUB-ASSEMBLY. Refer to  REMOVAL [08/2019 - ]

1. Turn the engine switch on (IG).
2. Using an oscilloscope, measure the waveform at the J29 spiral cable sub-assembly connector.

1. Disconnect the U14 forward recognition camera connector.
2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard Resistance

   J29-9 (LDA) - U14-2 (STRV)	Always	Below 1 Ω
   J29-9 (LDA) or U14-2 (STRV) - Body ground	Engine switch off	10 kΩ or higher
