Freeze Frame Data [08/2019 - ]

  1. DESCRIPTION 
    1. Whenever a front camera system DTC is stored, the forward recognition camera stores the current vehicle state (ECU and sensor information) as Freeze Frame Data.
  2. CHECK FREEZE FRAME DATA 
    1. Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
    2. Turn the engine switch on (IG).
    3. Turn the Techstream on.
    4. Enter the following menus: Chassis / Front Recognition Camera / Trouble Codes.

      Chassis > Front Recognition Camera > Trouble Codes 

    5. According to the display on the Techstream, select a DTC with freeze frame data.
    6. Read the freeze frame data recorded when the DTC was stored.

      Presence: Equipped      		 If the value of this item differs from the specifications of the vehicle, a forward recognition camera which was installed to another vehicle may be installed or the forward recognition camera may be malfunctioning.
      Vehicle Information (Steering Wheel Position) Vehicle information (steering wheel position) stored in forward recognition camera Unknown / Left / Right Actual steering wheel position displayed If the value of this item differs from the specifications of the vehicle, a forward recognition camera which was installed to another vehicle may be installed or the forward recognition camera may be malfunctioning.
