Calibration [09/2015 - ]

- DESCRIPTION
- When the 4WD ECU assembly is replaced with a known good one from another vehicle or the acceleration sensor (airbag ECU assembly*1 or yaw rate sensor assembly*2) is replaced, perform calibration.
- Follow the chart to perform calibration.

Acceleration sensor (yaw rate sensor assembly)*2- Clear zero point calibration data
- Perform yaw rate and acceleration sensor zero point calibration

HINT:
- When the 4WD ECU assembly is replaced with a new one, calibration is unnecessary.
- *1: w/ Optitron Meter Type
- *2: w/ TFT Meter Type
- PERFORM CALIBRATION
- Clear the zero point calibration data.
- Turn the engine switch off.
- Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
- Turn the engine switch on (IG).
- Turn the Techstream on.
- Enter the following menus: Chassis / Four Wheel Drive / Utility / Reset Memory.
Chassis > Four Wheel Drive > Utility
Tester Display Reset Memory - Operate the Techstream to clear the data.
- Clear the zero point calibration data.
